• sound knowledge of the foundations core areas and methods of political science;
• the ability to systematic and critical analysis of political processes, institutions and organizations and for the analysis of implementation of policy decisions;
• communication and social skills, including the ability to self-and team-oriented way of working and zielstrebiger and long-term handling of problems;
