Trans-Cultural Communication: University of Vienna

The aim is to Vermittung:

• the basic scientific knowledge and methods and the practical skills required for the professional activity in the area of transcultural communication are necessary;
• the ability to scientific analysis of the current dimension of communication processes on cultural boundaries;
• a high level of language and cultural skills and competence kontrastiver text in the 3 working languages;

180 ECTS points;

• The training takes place in three working languages: the mother or educational language and in two languages (German must either Mutter-/Bildungssprache or language chosen as 1);
• Is not the native German-language or education, the study can only be taken if the mother or education language at the University of Vienna;

Professional fields:

• various sectors of the economy, the (public) administration, culture, tourism and generally in those public and private companies, government agencies and cultural institutions, which many international contacts and an international customer base;
